Gelfand wrapped up 2012 in . . . well, in dramatic fashion. Our two Dramatic Reading Contests were a simple idea that added something special to our meetings.
Winning the October 13 contest was Charles Bloch, with a reading of Dr. Seuss’ Green Eggs and Ham.
Kate McClare took the title December 29, presenting the Edward Lear poem The Owl and the Pussycat.
Both contests were ably run by Contest Master Norman Gaslowitz. We look forward to more such events this year — thanks for introducing them, Norman!
